The team were absolutely fantastic. Had the most pleasant experience with Vision Works Mall of the South. After a terrible experience with a previous company. I was anxious to approach someone new. They worked quickly and efficiently and were upfront and transparent about any questions and concerns I had. I ordered 3 pairs of glasses and they are all perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout They have a HUGE range of frames to choose from, including amazing international brands and many local budget friendly options too In total it was 1 week from first visit to finished products. Wow wow wow. What an amazing experience from beginning to end. The team at Vision Works are super friendly & oh so welcoming. Their knowledge of their vast spectacle range is on point. The optometrist gave each of my family (there was 4 of us) a detailed breakdown of our eye test & she explained what everything meant in a way that we’d understand. Thank you Vision Works - MOTS. Lindiwe is the boom !!! I’m really impressed with her professionalism and customer service. She exceeded my expectations. She really pays attention to detail and is patient, I almost tried all the frames in the shop but she went above and beyond to help me find the perfect frames. Happy with my selection, vision works carries a variety of premium brands at a reasonable price therefore I’ll always choose the brand. Pretty good service, nice variety of frames if you have a regular size face. Unfortunately my face is rather broad, so I didn't have a huge selection to choose from, but this is a problem I am faced with everywhere I go. The glasses are good quality and very durable. I dropped them a few times and they didn't break. My brother bought some glasses for my niece from Specsavers in the same mall and had endless issues with them, he has now also switched to Vision Works. ~ Ashley K

Let me just say this place is everything that defines amazing customer service . From the amazing lady that tests your eyes, to an awesome customer sales consultant . Stephany was absolutely excellent at what she does , made me feel at home and fully cared for. She is the reason I came back to do my second prescription glasses. Nhlanhla and Mantombi are amazing, they visibly work well together and they give excellent service to their customers. Our experience in there was beautiful. There are so many glasses to choose from and gets really tricky and they helped using their experience, looking at the our face shape and I much say we are all very happy. The experience I had was simply the best. From the Receptionists to the optometrist, every one was very friendly and helpful. My old glasses were not okay and Mantombi fixed them for me free of charge. They helped me choose my frame and even made sure I was happy. My first visit to the practice, I was kind of skeptical about it, but the service I got there was outstanding. I was helped with a smile on their face which you could see even through their masks. I was blown away by the service that I received today at Vision Works. Long story short I was at my witts end with my glasses, they repaired it and there was no charge!!!!
